We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the email address below and provide details of the product and defect. We will then tell you how to return the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. You must also, for all returns, prepay shipping and insurance charges (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, your refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original payment method). Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

It may take up to 15 business days after receiving our email before you see the refund on your statement.

Most package shipments will ship within 5-7 business days depending on our business hours and packages do not require a signature upon delivery. We offer two shipping options: standard and express. Standard shipping times average (3-5) business days and remote areas of North America rarely exceed (10) days. The average delivery time for express shipments is (2 to 3) business days. We cannot guarantee express shipping times as this is a service provided by a transport service external to TOXOFIL.

No refunds will be issued for expedited shipping delays due to acts of nature that are beyond our control. We use Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and GLS depending on pick up time and delivery location. We cannot guarantee which service provider will be used before an order is processed.
